A beer brewing facility in South Carolina, Brewery 85 is a square 100’ x 100’ structure with a 3’ masonry wainscot along the entrance wall. Sixteen translucent roof panels add natural lighting to this custom steel building, which includes a 250 sf lean-to which houses the boiler.
