To provide customers with a more cost efficient product, we have developed a more simplistic secondary farming assembly. Our latest product bulletin gives a brief summary of the new and improved product changes. This transition will take place incrementally. 

When fire protection of metal building frames is required by the building code, the assemblies have historically been gypsum board enclosures. A recent study, sponsored by the Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA), determined that it is feasible to use other common materials.
