Ball State Practice Facility

Regulation-Sized Indoor Practice Field 

The Scheumann Family Indoor Practice Facility quickly became an essential space for Ball State student-athletes, providing a vital practice area for football, softball, baseball, and soccer during inclement weather. Spanning 86,000 sf, the facility boasts a field turf surface measuring 360' x 160' and includes a regulation-sized competition field with a ceiling height of 65'.

The facility is equipped with retractable netting, batting cages, and ample storage, offering all the necessary amenities for team training. The design, featuring metal panel profiles in varying colors, brick masonry, and translucent glazing, seamlessly integrates with the surrounding architecture on Ball State’s campus.
