Built for future expansion, this facility is used for retail truck and parts sales as well as a service shop. It is equipped with radiant floor heat, AC, a 7.5 ton crane, wash bay, and an oil service pit.

The floors are coated with a high-performance epoxy and the LED lights and double-window glass adds tremendous amounts of natural light. The office area has polished concrete floors and granite throughout.
