Hatch Distilling Company is a small batch distillery crafting spirits with local Door County organic grains and honey. It is comprised of three single slope buildings enhanced by modern architectual design and below-eave canopies.

The distillery is the first of its kind in historic Door County - a welcomed change by locals and tourists. Guests can enjoy the tasting room, visit an education area that showcases the utilization of local grains and honey to create distilled spirits, or view the area dedicated to in-house spirit distillery.
