A total of four buildings that feature tilt-wall exteriors accented with R-Panel walls, include three 10-ton cranes, large canopies, and multiple skylights for natural lighting and energy conservation. Two buildings are for truck maintenance, with the other structures functioning as offices, parts, retail shop, and display. Attached to the main structure is a 6,800 sf drive-through canopy.
