Three-Building Expansion with 53' Tower

This project is a three-building expansion to an existing structure – all single slope design. A challenge was erecting a 53’ tall metal building around three sides of a conventional structural steel tower, and ensuring close tolerances were met.

Special bracing provisions had to accommodate owner supplied equipment within the tower. All structures are enclosed with Architectural III panels except for the right sidewall of building two, which has insulated metal panels.
