Demolition & Expansion Project

This project included the demolition of approximately 5,500 sf of existing one-story building areas, with the new expansion being one-story additions for showroom & sales, service drop-off, parts delivery and storage, as well as service bays.

The service addition uses a 71’ clear span frame that satisfies the owner’s need of a safe and unimpeded space during hectic morning rush hours. The inside finishes of the service write-up area are high-tech and high energy.
