Modern Designed Steel Office Building

With the goal of creating a modern office that would be easy to maintain in the future, as well as to highlight the growth of the company, Southern Food Brokers, a retail food broker of perishable foods in the Southeast, chose an American Buildings pre-engineered metal building.

The 9,208 sf building displays a juxtaposition of contemporary lines with a single slope roof with high eave overhangs and 1:12 roof pitch, against the combination of added rock and brick on the exterior delivering a rustic feel, a style fitting to the views of the countryside. 

This incredible project was awarded in the American Buildings Excellence in Design publication.
