Maintenance Building with Mezzanine and Tornado Shelter

This trailer repair building stands at 26,880 sf, and includes an upgraded snow load and houses two 3-ton bridge cranes on the same runway. The office mezzanine extends into the main building 24’ x 40’ and has a basement for a tornado shelter. The interior is fully lined with Long Span III panel, and the shop floor has a hot water radiant heat system. LED lighting was used throughout.

Ferguson Farms specializes in service and repair of live floor and belt trailers for feed, seed, fertilizer, and livestock bedding customers. It was established in 1950 beginning as a chicken farm and evolved into trailer and floor repair and service company.
