Combining manufacturing and office space, this 44,800 sf facility is home to Legacy Steel—a service center offering steel fabrication, welding, and painting. The 42,000 sf manufacturing area includes a 5-ton top running crane, ample room for fabrication, and a powder coating paint line. A covered courtyard and main entry echo the building’s frame shape and proportions, creating visual interest.

Steel soffit panels flow continuously from the exterior overhang into the front entry and reception areas, maintaining angles formed by the exterior steel framing. This makes for a unique and intriguing interior design with sloped walls, ceilings, and windows that admit generous natural lighting. Insulated metal roof and wall panels top off this project, offering an efficient and aesthetically pleasing building envelope.
