Steel Building Expansion with Three Mezzanines

To continue building on their 85 plus year legacy of innovation to deliver innovative transit technology, New Flyer of America embarked on a $25 million expansion in Anniston, AL.

The expansion integrates 79,603 sf to the now nearly 400,000 sf facility. It includes nine 5-ton overhead cranes for in-house fabrication and a centralized welding process. The interior is fully lined with Long Span III panels, and includes three partial mezzanines, adding nearly 20,000 sf of office space. The exterior is surrounded with American Buildings' Architectural III panel with the curb side enhanced by a horizontal concealed fastener panel.
