Retail Metal Building with Mezzanine

This 18,000 sf commercial building was designed for Extra Mile Sports in Omaha, Nebraska. It serves as their headquarters, allowing plenty of square footage for retail, office, and warehousing space. The 4,500 sf mezzanine gives the second-floor work area a scenic view overlooking the Elkhorn River Valley.

Two overhead and three vertical lift doors are featured. Windows line the front facade, casting lots of natural lighting in the facility. Pearl gray and midnight black wall panels complement one another and bring a clean look to the exterior.
