Six-Building Sports Complex with Multiple Mezzanines

This massive sports complex is home to the 76ers G League team, the Delaware Blue Coats, Nemours Sports Medicine, and Titus Sports Academy. Six buildings were used to design this 170,000 sf facility that houses three full-size NBA-regulated basketball courts, a 100 x 70 yd indoor turf field, and three state-of-the-art outdoor turf fields.

There are 28 curb mounted skylights on the roof, and the entire perimeter of this complex is surrounded by parapet walls. A 152’ x 75’ mezzanine is featured in the arena that overlooks both the basketball court and turf field. The bleachers can be removed from the arena to reveal 6,991 square feet of event space. A mezzanine is also featured at the main entry and HVAC well building, making a total of three throughout the facility.
