Commercial Office with Stair-Step Entrance and Mezzanine

The Badger Technologies project features a gable-framed structure designed with a strong emphasis on architectural detail and material contrast. The building serves as the headquarters office for Badger Technologies, supporting engineering, business development, and corporate management functions within a thoughtfully designed space. The exterior incorporates A-Panel wall systems in Galvalume and Midnight Black, paired with a Standing Seam 360 roof system in Galvalume to create a clean, modern appearance.

One of the most distinctive elements of the building is the main stair-step entrance, which serves as a focal point and enhances the building’s visual presence. The facade combines stone, metal panels, and an exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS), resulting in a layered aesthetic that adds depth and character to the structure. An open mezzanine and the wide variety of exterior finishes added complexity during both the design and construction phases, requiring close coordination across the project team.
