Manufacturing Facility Expansion with Mezzanine

An addition to an existing ABC building, this expansion includes a 29,000 sf manufacturing area with an office. The office features a full mezzanine with an attached 1,112 sf Ecospan deck. The exterior is constructed with a combination of precast panels and the HE40 Heavy Embossed insulated metal wall system, and a 27’-6” surrounding parapet.
