Radiused Built-Up Roof with 15" of Insulation

Offering a world-class experience for members and events that are a huge boost to the local economy, the Irving Oil Field House is a unique asset to the community. The building has a span of 331’ composed of two offset rigid frames meeting in the center. It has a 12” built up roof cavity with a Long Span III ceiling liner panel and Standing Seam 360 roof panel to accommodate the 15” of insulation. The wall system is a built-out with Long Span III liner panel with corrugated wall panels mounted horizontally on hat sections between the girts provided by American Buildings.

One of the largest field house facilities in Atlantic Canada, Irving Oil Field House is operated by the YMCA. This incredible complex features two indoor turf fields, a 200 meter indoor track, a fitness center with change rooms, and child-care center.
