Truck Repair Center with Nine Service Bays and Cranes

The Inland Truck Parts & Service Center project brings together three integrated functions under one roof: a nine-bay service and repair shop equipped with a 5-ton overhead crane for heavy-component handling, a full rebuild shop for complete vehicle overhauls, and a stocked parts warehouse designed to accelerate repairs and streamline logistics. A PEMB was the ideal structural solution for this demanding application—enabling wide spans and high bays that accommodate the overhead crane while remaining cost-efficient and durable.

The exterior features American’s A-Panel in Warm White at the lower level paired with Metl-Span’s CF Tuff Wall Insulated Metal Panels in a light gray at the top perimeter, creating a clean, professional appearance while delivering superior thermal performance. American’s Standing Seam 360 roof in Galvalume Plus completes the building envelope with long-term weather resistance and minimal maintenance requirements. Numerous vertical lift doors allow simultaneous multi-bay access for large commercial trucks, boxed-out eave canopies provide weather protection at entry points, and American’s wall liner panels deliver a clean, durable interior finish. This facility was carefully designed to maximize workflow efficiency, enhance safety, and provide Inland Truck Parts Company with a lasting asset to serve North Louisiana and beyond.
