Pre-Engineered Maintenance Building with Cranes

This 100’ x 248’ maintenance shop expansion attaches to the existing front office and parts area for JD Eckman, a full-service construction company. The shop has many great features, including heavy-duty reinforced and hardened concrete floors, below-eave canopies, a mezzanine for storage, two partition walls, in-floor radiant heat, large wash bay, concrete aprons, compressed air and lubrication systems, and large fans. 

This pre-engineered metal building is also fully equipped with two 5-ton crane bays and vertical lift overhead doors, allowing them to handle even the most complex projects. More office space will eventually be attached to the shop, so the building design incorporates future expansion.
