Satellite Communications Company Office & Shop

Two perpendicular single slope structures provide office and shop space for a satellite communications company, LBI Sat, which supplies voice, data, video, and media services for customers in over 100 countries. Horizontally installed wall panels in a two-tone color scheme cover the exterior office building.

Regal white panels are featured from the floor to the top parapet, and pearl gray panels highlight the top of the storefront glazing. Reverse R-Panel walls also line the adjacent 5,390 sf shop in a two-tone fashion, in regal white from floor to eave and royal blue around the windows. Multiple framed openings embody the design of the roof and walls to house storefront glass, windows, vertical lift doors, and other roof accessories.
